Mountain Unicycling or Muni has broken in the extreme sports arena in the past couple of years. Riders ride on one wheel while going across rough terrain such as rock strewn trails. The BASE jumper will fall at a slower rate of speed than the skydiver because there is not enough altitude for the falling diver to get up to speed. You can start your underwater caving by taking scuba lessons. Even if you have a regular scuba card, you need special classes to go cave diving. Safety is sometimes common sense, but the underwater cave is a very dangerous place. The equipment that you take should be your basic scuba gear, an extra air tank, and underwater lighting. A constant flow of water comes out of these springs at a rate that sometimes it is difficult to fight the current. You have to be in top physical shape to navigate such a long way under the water and you also have to be able keep your mind clear if danger arrives. You can't just swim to the surface like when you are regular scuba diving. This is not a sport for claustrophobics are anybody that panics in tight spaces. The sport of wakeboarding can be attempted at about any lake that has a smooth surface and deep enough for the boat. There are wakeboard parks where you can be pulled by a winch and cable system. You can make any sport extreme by cranking up the speed. For example you can have extreme football if there were never any downs. If the players just wrestled for the ball and a rugby style free for all was thrown in. It would be marketed as 'Extreme Football' and sadly it would draw the attention of not only the extreme sports enthusiast but also a large portion of the younger audience.
